Kin Visual Media provides real estate photography, videography, drone services, floor plans, and related visual media services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and access at the property.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for production.
2. Quotes & Pricing

Additional services or extended shoot time may result in additional charges

Travel outside standard service areas may incur travel fees
3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once scheduled by written agreement (email or message confirmation)

Please provide at least [24–48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

Weather-dependent services (such as drone or exterior shoots) may be rescheduled if necessary
4. Property Readiness
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for clutter, staging quality, or items visible in final media.
If a property is not ready, we may:

Shoot as-is, or
-
Reschedule and apply a return visit fee
5. Delivery Times
Typical delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may vary based on project size and workload.
Estimated turnaround:

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Usage Rights & Licensing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Kin Visual Media retains copyright to all media created

Clients receive a license to use delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property

Media may not be resold, transferred, or given to third parties without permission

Use by builders, designers, or third-party marketers requires a separate license
We reserve the right to use media for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
7. Drone Operations
Drone services are subject to:

Weather conditions

Airspace restrictions

Safety regulations

Local flight permissions
If drone flight is not legally or safely possible, we will substitute with elevated or ground-based exterior images where possible.
8. Payments
